Knights Ranked 9th in the Week 1 USCAA Baseball Poll
SUMMERDALE, Pa. – Central Penn's baseball team has earned the number 9 spot in the season's United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Week 1 baseball poll.
Coming off big wins on the road at Williamson Trade yesterday, the Knights (15-6, 7-0 Conference) rank ninth in the USCAA's week 1 rankings picking up some early season wins over some of the teams that are ranked above them.
Florida National University tops the week 1 rankings, with The Apprentice School, Penn State Dubois, Atlantis University, and Mid Atlantic Christian rounding out the top five. Fellow ESAC program Williamson Trade is in the “Next Five”.
The Knights return to action Monday April 7th when they face number 8 Penn State Mont Alto in a doubleheader with starting at 2pm.
