Charles 'Chaz' Stevens is beginning his first year as the Head Baseball Coach at Central Penn College, eager to bring his passion and vision to the team. A proud graduate of Central Dauphin East High School, Chaz has long been involved in the Harrisburg area's coaching scene, dedicating many years to guiding and mentoring young athletes.

As a three-year varsity starter during his high school years, Chaz laid the groundwork for his deep understanding of the game. He continued his education at Penn State Harrisburg, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a focus on Social Service and Community Organization. This academic background has greatly influenced his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes the comprehensive development of his players.

Chaz's coaching career in Harrisburg, including his time as the head varsity coach at his alma mater, reflects his commitment to developing young men both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy centers on imparting life skills through the game, ensuring his athletes are prepared for future challenges. He believes in nurturing men academically, athletically, and socially, helping them transition from their beloved sport to their professional careers.
