Quadere Allen Reaches Career Milestone

Scoring 1,000 career points is a milestone achievement for any basketball player – an accomplishment usually reached as the culmination of three or four years of outstanding play.

Central Penn Knights Senior Quadere Allen has earned that distinction!

The Senior entered Sunday’s game against Mid-Atlantic Christian University only eight points shy of the 1,000-point mark.

Once the Knights tipped off against MACU on December 10th in the Apprentice School Gymnasium, it didn’t take long for Allen to seal the deal.

After tallying six points, Allen took a layup on the right side of the basket and finished strong. Allen raised his hands in the air as his teammates and coaches gathered to congratulate him on the achievement.

Allen finished Sunday’s game with 24 points, hitting twelve field goals for the game.
