Meet The 2023-24 Men's Cross Country Team

SUMMERDALE, PA – The Central Penn Men’s Cross-Country team announces the two-meet 2023 Fall schedule with the potential of more meets to be added in October/November.

This year's cross-country schedule is set up to challenge the development and improvement we've seen in our team over the last few months. The Knights will be seeing some great competition in exciting meets throughout the state of Pennsylvania with team entries up and down the east coast.

BREAKING IT DOWN

• The Knights current two-meet regular season will start this weekend at Penn State Fayette with the Roaring Lions Invitational on September 23^rd at 1:30pm EST, followed by the Penn State Abington Invitational on September 30^th at 9:00am EST.
• This will be the first Men’s Cross-Country season since 2018.
• The entire Knights roster is full of first year collegiate runners.
• Central Penn is led by their Head Coach Elijah Tinson.
