Mens and Womens ID Clinic Wrap Up

Central Penn Men's and Women's Spring Soccer ID Clinics were a success and a great turn out! The purpose of the ID Clinics were to provide prospective recruits in grades 9-12 the opportunity to experience a collegiate training session and provide information regarding the recruiting process and Central Penn College Men's and Women's Soccer. The clinics also provided the Knights coaching staffs the opportunity to evaluate student-athletes who have expressed interest in both programs.

The clinics included technical training sessions, small sided and 11 v 11 play. The Men's program had some very competitive matchups mixing up the rosters and competing against each other in scrimmages which included current players mixed with top recruits. Women's Soccer also hosted a classroom session to answer questions you may have about the recruiting process and the Knights program in general.

Coach Grubesky said, “I was pleased with having 20 participants attend our third-ever ID Clinic at Central Penn. In addition to having four of the committed student athletes from our 2024 class playing, we had several of our top 2025 recruits there along with a lot of very good younger high school players.”

Coach G. added, “I thought our current players did a great job of welcoming all the attendees to our campus. I appreciate all the support that we had from our Athletic Department administrators, Admissions personnel, and Marketing staff to help make it a successful event. Our coaching staff also had the assistance of JT Dorsey, a former professional player and very experienced coach, at the clinic.”
