- Head Women’s Volleyball Coach
Bio
Coach Dunbar is a 2019 graduate of Littlestown High School and coaches for Black Rose Volleyball Club. She is in her first year at the helm of the Central Penn’s Women’s Volleyball program as she looks to rebuild a powerhouse program at the college. She chose to start coaching because she loves giving back to the youth in her community and it keeps her a part of the game.
Coach Dunbar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State York where she led her volleyball team to two PSUAC championships and two USCAA national tournament appearances. While playing for Penn State York, she was named Player of the Year in the PSUAC conference three years straight and is the only volleyball player in school history to do so. She was also named to the USCAA All-American First team, for two consecutive years. Additionally, Dunbar currently holds the all-time points and kills records at Penn State York.
Her coaching philosophy is: "My goal as a coach is to not only help strengthen skills with each player but also teach them life skills that will go beyond the game."
